Neurodivergent-informed therapy provides a safe, supportive space to better understand yourself, build confidence and develop practical strategies that work with the way your brain naturally works.
ADHD, autism and other forms of neurodivergence can bring unique strengths as well as challenges. You may experience anxiety, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, low confidence, burnout, difficulties with motivation or sleep, or challenges at school, work or in relationships.
My approach is not about changing who you are, but helping you understand yourself and find ways to manage the difficulties that may be holding you back.
Whether you are looking for support for yourself or for your child, every session is individually tailored to the person in front of me. I adapt my approach to suit different ways of thinking, learning and engaging, using hypnotherapy alongside other therapeutic approaches where appropriate.
Therapy for ADHD & Neurodivergent Adults
Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are awaiting assessment, or simply recognise many of traits in yourself, therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to better understand yourself and develop effective strategies for lasting change.
I support adults with challenges including anxiety, emotional regulation, overwhelm, burnout, procrastination, low confidence, rejection sensitivity, workplace pressures, relationships and sleep difficulties.
Therapy for ADHD & Neurodivergent Young People
Children and teenagers with ADHD often learn differently and engage differently. Rather than expecting them to sit quietly for an hour, I adapt every hypnotherapy session to suit how their brain naturally works.
Sessions can be relaxed, interactive and creative, helping young people build confidence, manage anxiety and emotional reactions, develop coping strategies and build resilience. Where appropriate, I also work collaboratively with parents so that therapy complements existing support.
